FIT THROUGH THE WINTER

DETOX:

  • Daily - drink 2 liter of warm water (not sparkling water)
  • Drink GREEN TEA (not black tea or coffee)
  • Detox tea: Nettle-Ginger tea or Lapacho tea
  • Walk daily 30 min. in the nature (fresh air)
  • 2-3 times a week take a foot bath or a bath with sea salt

BETTER MOOD:

  • Cold showers in the morning - helping produce adrenalin
  • Lemon/Orange/May Chang oil (oil burner) - or Aura Soma spray: Yellow

STRONGER NERVES:

  • 30 min. walk in a park/wood would be ideal. This sort of exercise does not reduce                      further Magnesium in your body but organisms and nerves get lots of oxygen.
  • Open your bedroom window mornings and evenings and take 30 times a deep breath
  • Food for your nerves: mornings - MUESLI with hazelnuts; before lunch - 4 almonds                     (only if you are ot allergic to NUTS)

STRONGER IMMUNSYSTEM:

  • Eat 2 x weekly boiled potatoes (with skin) - add linseed oil and eat beetroots salad
  • 15 min. gym or yoga or meridian exercises daily - or climb up the stairs instead of using                      an elevator. Read a funny book, watch a funny movie/DVD, meet friends and laugh a lot;            laughing increases the size of the immunglobulin and trebles the immunsystem.

VITAL HEART:

  • Daily - drink 2 liter of still water (extra portion of Magnesium)
  • Climb 30 steps daily or running 1 km
  • After getting up in the morning - shower 1 min. cold/1 min. hot
  • Eat red/green or yellow pepper - for better blood flow (thinness the blood)

BEAUTIFUL/STRONG SKIN:

  • Don't eat meat!!!
  • 3 x weekly: eat carrots (with oil/in a salad or plus a buttered bread)
  • 2 x Kiwis daily (Vitamin C) - do avoid if you are allergic to Kiwi
  • a Bath with chamomile oil
  • 2 x weekly massage your body with warm sesame oil (wam oil). It's detoxifying and            strengthens the skin. Important - leave it max. 1 hours on your body then take a shower.

DEEP/RELAXING SLEEP:

  • Try not to eat after 6pm
  • Lavender- and/or Rose oil - (oil burner) - the warm oil (3-4 drops into the oil burner)                    help to calm your nerves and give you a deep, relaxing good night sleep.

CANCER and HEART DISEASE.

Eat Apricots fresh for a mega-boost of

Scientists have discovered the Grapefruits help shrinking stomach "ulcers".

One fresh squeezed glass of grapefruits every morning does help "relaxing" the stomach and it seems to be that in this way it supports the self healing process of patients with stomach "troubles".
